Accreditation
International Baccalaureate
The Hague School’s application for authorization for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme was approved as of 20 April 2021. The school’s candidacy period for authorization as an IB World School formally began on 1 September 2019 with its inaugural class. This same class became our first Diploma Programme students in September 2021, along with a few students who have joined us along the way. IB World Schools share a common philosophy – a commitment to high-quality, challenging, international education – that we believe is important for our students.
Western Association of Schools and Colleges
Since June of 2022, The Hague School has been Fully Accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges for grade 9 through 12th.
Harkness Trained Faculty
More than 10 of The Hague School’s faculty members have received 40+hours of training in Harkness pedagogy at Phillips Exeter Academy, where the Harkness method was developed, or at other Harkness schools.
